Activities Committee
"The activities subcommittee is a standing subcommittee of the ASC. It is responsible for promoting unity within the Capital Area of Narcotics Anonymous. It is also responsible for holding events to promote unity in the Capital Area of Narcotics Anonymous, and to attract members to NA."

The Activities Committee meets on the first Sunday of each month at 12:30 at the Fairmont Church at the intersection of Clarke Ave and Horne Street in Raleigh. All NA members are invited to attend.


Activities Committee Announcements:

*Great Cake Escape & Tea/Coffee Social: Big Cakes, Little Cakes, Tall Cakes, Baby Cakes, Pretty Cakes, Cup Cakes, and even Ugly Cakes. Display your baking skills and enjoy an evening of socializing. Bring your book, games or laptop. Bring your mom, dad, brother, sister, even bring a date.
7:00- 8:15 pm Foundation Speaker Meeting
8:30- 9:30 pm Cake Presentation
9:30- 11:00 pm Music and Felloship
Cakes will be judged on appearance, creativity, taste and presentation.

*A Night of Elegance Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the Capital Area of Narcotics Anonymous: Come out and enjoy an evening dinner with live light jazz;  the vocal and dramatic talents from several of our members; hear the history of the Capital Area and of course the life saving message of recovery.
While the evening's events are free we request that groups or individuals donate dishes for the dinner. Flyers and menus will be distributed at the January and February ASC.
